Wolf of Silver Moonlight summary:
The year 2176. The world has been overrun by an empire of super soldiers called Azothites, gathered with a potent "unification effect", giving them a tendency to kill for their mysterious "Cause". The Remus Field Testers, operating out of the ruins of San Francisco, remains one of the most successful militant strongholds in opposition of the Azothites.
